Prisma Products Shipping

Primare is proud to announce shipping:

• I35 Prisma, CD35 Prisma, and DD35 NOW!
• I15 Prisma, SC15 Prisma, CD15 Prisma, DD15 and I25 Prisma summer 2018

We are able to begin shipping as a result of our having achieved essential certifications. There are still more certifications in process, but those will follow shortly and allow the remaining features to be available by updates. Please note:

• Currently the Prisma App is available for tablets only, with the plan to gather use data to better inform any update to the tablet app if required and initial release of the phone application.
• iOS Prisma app is available from the App Store now, with Android app to be available from Google Play soon.
• AirPlay service to be provided by update upon certification.
• Gapless playback will be added in an update at a later date.

Full Modularity Available Now for 25 and 35 Series Models

We have been approved to sell the Prisma with Chromecast built-in module as a separate update rather than only in full Prisma units, so that as a result any modular Prisma product (I25, I35, PRE35, CD35) can have Prisma control and connectivity technology installed at a later date. As a result of this welcome, but unexpected news, we are in the process of updating all supporting documents and website. We are very pleased to be begin shipping Prisma models with full modularity, as Prisma technology allows us to more fully achieve the longstanding goal for our product offerings, and that is to provide the best possible experience to the greatest number of people. Prisma allows the opportunity for anyone to instantly and effortlessly explore, discover and share music with Primare.

New Models Announced at the Show

 

I25 Prisma

I25 Prisma is an integrated digital and analog music system control center and amplifier – capable of providing exemplary performance whether the source is analog or digital, stored or streamed, wired or wireless.

The latest iteration of Primare’s now iconic integrated amplifiers, the I25 Prisma joins the I35 Prisma as the first to use the new UFPD 2 power system, a radical reworking of Primare’s award-winning UFPD all-analog Class-D technology.

Providing 100 watts into 8 ohms of absolutely linear amplification across the entire audible bandwidth, the I25 Prisma delivers naturally fast, clean and agile sound with an unprecedented ability to bring music to life.

In addition, the I25 Prisma includes a full-featured DAC stage, as well as Prisma connectivity and control technology.

Also available is the I25, without DAC or Prisma modules, as well as the I25 DAC, with DAC but without Prisma module. In either case, both the DAC and Prisma modules can be added at a later date to meet changing system requirements.

Add in the available feature options found in our CD35, CD35 Prisma, or DD35 models and the system building opportunities allow for the perfect solution for both new and existing systems.

DD35

DD35 is a dedicated CD transport, designed to partner any reference quality digital to analog converter, and in particular the Primare I25 DAC, I25 Prisma, I35 DAC, I35 Prisma, PRE35 DAC, and PRE35 Prisma models of integrated amplifiers and preamplifiers.

SC15 Prisma

SC15 Prisma is a full-featured pre-amplifier and network player featuring WiSA wireless speaker connection technology.

Employing Prisma control and connectivity, advanced digital to analog conversion, and, with its three-quarter sized cabinet, the SC15 Prisma not only continues a Primare tradition of delivering astonishing performance from compact and elegant devices, but also offers even greater possibilities for easy installation into virtually any and every room of the house.

With the option of variable or fixed output: in variable output mode it can be paired with a pair of powered speakers for a compact digital music system; or in fixed output mode it serves as a stored or streamed digital music source for a more complex system.

CD15 Prisma

CD15 Prisma is an integrated digital music source, combining compact disc and stored or streamed media playback.

Employing Prisma control and connectivity technology, advanced digital to analog conversion, and, with its three-quarter sized cabinet, the SC15 Prisma not only continues a Primare tradition of delivering astonishing performance from compact and elegant devices, but also offers even greater possibilities for easy installation into virtually any and every room of the house.

With the option of variable or fixed output: in variable output mode it can be paired with a pair of powered speakers for a compact digital music system; or in fixed output mode it serves as a complete digital music source for a more complex system.

DD15

DD15 is a slot loading dedicated CD transport, designed to partner any high performance digital to analog converter, and in particular the Primare I15 Prisma, SC15 Prisma models of integrated amplifiers and preamplifiers, with its matching ¾ size cabinet.
