Prisma December OTA Update Bug Fix

We’ve received reports that some Prisma units for which an update has been released are failing to complete the update process. In these cases, performing a factory reset is recommended and has successfully resolved the issue for many users.

If the initial reset does not work and the unit is connected via Ethernet, try repeating the reset with the Ethernet cable disconnected. This has resolved the issue in several instances, and in at least one case the reset needed to be performed twice.

To reset the unit from the front panel, press and hold the Standby button until the display indicates that the reset is in progress.
