Therefore, contact your dealer or the distributor for your country to obtain assistance with warranty service. For those products purchased directly from Primare, a two-year parts and labour warranty is in effect, and should warranty service be required, contact us via the Help request form. Any warranty is non-transferable, and outside of the EU is in effect within the purchasing country only, while the warranty is valid in any EU country for any product purchased within the EU.
